Call (03) 9499 2866 or by the online booking system to book an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and doctor. Please ask for a longer consolation time if there is more than one medical issue.

Please request a longer appointment when needed, especially for multiple medical/complex issues or if you are arranging for a full health assessments, women’s health checks, surgical procedures, a mental health session or a VicRoads assessment.
Telehealth (telephone or video-link) consultations also available. If you have visited our practice in the past twelve months, you can book a telehealth consultation. New patients must have a face to face consult with one of our GP’s in the first instance.
Doctors can be contacted during normal hours. A message will be taken if your doctor is with a patient. Your call will always be put through in an emergency.
If you require an interpreter service, we can organise this for you.
Allied Health
Physiotherapy – Gerard Khoo graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Melbourne University and is experienced in musculoskeletal and neuro physiotherapy. He can help dizziness / vertigo and nausea associated with Benign Positional Vertigo by performing a series of movements known as the canalith repositioning procedure.
He consults on Saturday mornings

- After Hours and Home Visits
We provide 24-hour care via an after hours locum service – Please Call 137 425 for after hours serivces.
Home visits are available for our regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery.
- Fees & Billing
Medicare has not kept up with the rising costs of running a Quality Accredited General Practice as the rate at which the government has indexed the Medicare Schedule fees, has been substantially lower than increases in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), and average weekly earnings.
Medicare rebates do not cover the cost of providing you with a high-quality medical service with an holistic and caring approach. The fees we charge are to cover all our practice costs.
BULK BILLING for pensioners over 67yo and children under 16yo (except Saturdays)
FEES SCHEDULE:
- $49 out of pocket fee for Health Care Card (HCC) and Commonwealth Senior Card Holders – this is not charged on all visits (Medicare rebate is then claimed for the consultation)
- $49 out of pocket fee for general patients
- Acupuncture – $49 out of pocket fee for Pensioners/HCC and children under 16yo ; $59 for others
- Minor procedures/suturing wounds/plastering fractures – $120 out of pocket fee for pensioners, HCC holders and children under 16yo – $150 for all others.
- There is a fee for ALL patients on Saturdays – no discounted fee.
- There is a initial fee for ALL new patients including pensioners and children
Doctors here are Independent Associate Doctors who provide the medical services and the Medical Practice provide the administrative services.
- Reminders
Our practice provides reminder notices appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this preventative health system, please let us know at reception.
- Your Rights
If you have a complaint please let us know. Feel free to talk to your doctor or our receptionist, or use our suggestion box. If you feel you need to take the matter outside the practice, you may contact the Health Services Commissioner on 1800 582 113.
- Pathology Collection
On-site pathology collection available Monday to Friday from 8.45am – 12:45pm.
